DogBeautiful.com is committed to protecting your privacy. The information you provide to us is used to process your order and make your shopping experience more rewarding. When you order, we request your name, e-mail address, mailing address, telephone number, credit card number and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status.

DogBeautiful.com uses the information we collect about you to process orders and to provide a more personalized shopping experience. DogBeautiful.com will not collect any personal information about you except when you specifically and knowingly provide such information.

By using our Web site, you consent to the collection and use of this information by DogBeautiful.com. If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post the changes on this page so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it. Currently, DogBeautiful.com may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will include no personal identifying information. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have your parent or guardian's permission to order.

Payment
   
We accept U.S. Visa/MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. Although we do not accept checks or money orders, your bank debit card with a Visa or MasterCard logo is also acceptable for payment. Your card will not be charged until your order is ready to ship. All orders must be paid for prior to shipping.

Pricing
Fine Art prices on DogBeautiful.com are set by the artists. DogBeautiful.com reserves the right to change prices without notice as requested by the artists. We add an appropriate shipping and handling charge, which is listed separately.

Shipping
Fine Art Giclee orders are all custom printed per order by DogBeautiful.com and will ship from our warehouse. Since some pieces are shipped to you directly from the artist, delivery times will vary. Generally, you can expect to receive an item within two weeks of ordering it. Some items, depending on size and availability, can be delivered via faster methods.

Shipping rates will vary as the rates are calculated on a per-item basis. At this time we only ship within the US.

You will see a list of shipping methods with their prices to choose BEFORE you finalize your order. Note UPS does not deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Sales Tax
There is no sales tax for orders delivered outside the state of New Jersey. New Jersey law requires us to charge 6% sales tax on all orders delivered within the state.

Returns
Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your experience at DogBeautiful.com. If you are If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us within 14 days of receipt for a refund, exchange or DogBeautiful.com credit. If you wish to make a return, simply email
returns@dogbeautiful.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. We ask that your return be shipped back in the original packing materials and container provided by the shipper, and that you send your return via UPS. Returns must be insured for their full value with UPS. Please note: We refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. For giclée prints, the original archival plastic cover must be intact.

After we receive your return, we will credit your credit card for the price of the item(s) being returned. Shipping costs will not be refunded except in the case of damage, determined once we receive your return.
