Born in Ridgewood, NY in 1964, Bill currently lives in Eugene, Oregon. He moved there from NJ with one of his favorite photographic subjects - his golden retriever, Happy. Sadly, Happy passed away this year but left many photographic memories behind.

Bill has been a photographer for over 25 years, studying his preferred subjects which include landscapes and dogs.

Bill has worked for Montclair's local animal shelter, PAWS, while he was a NJ resident. He has had numerous exhibits throughout NJ. Bill is also a Certified Animal Control Officer and the "Expert Behaviorist" in ThePoop.com's Expert Den.
